The location was exceptional, just a 3-minute walk to the Clock Tower. However, the noise from nearby bars was disruptive at night.

    perfect location
    disorganized service
    uncomfortable noise

The location is perfect for exploring Prague's attractions.

My stay was marred by disorganization. I booked a suite expecting comfort, but the sofa bed wasn't made up upon arrival, and I ended up sorting it myself. Furthermore, the air conditioning lacked a remote, making the room uncomfortably warm. The noise was unbearable, traveling easily through the atrium, and it was disappointing that breakfast lacked larger plates for convenience.

The unique medieval cellar for breakfast was a distinct experience, and the quirky décor of my room added character to my stay. The friendly staff made me feel welcomed throughout my visit.

central location, historical architecture, small double bed

The top-floor room had a tilted ceiling, making toilet trips uncomfortable!!! The noise from the bar was unbearable, with shouting and singing until 2 am. The furniture looked basic and dated. a refresh is overdue!!!

    lackluster breakfast
    claustrophobic cellar

i was almost pleased with my stay until i noticed the pathetic breakfast. a serious lack of options, and the claustrophobic cellar setting was a delightful surprise. i would have liked a complimentary upgrade for enduring such 'charm. ' no one even checked if my tiny room was satisfactory, how rude!

pleasant stay with minor room comfort issues

The location was exceptional, nestled in a tranquil square yet close to major sites like Charles Bridge and cafés. The room decor was charming with medieval touches that added to the overall ambiance. Breakfast options exceeded my expectations, offering a delightful variety from boiled eggs to fresh fruits. I felt particularly welcomed by the friendly staff who acknowledged me warmly during my stay.

However, the bed could improve in comfort for a better night's sleep.
